- It is, not quite as much as it used to be, whereby they used to literally chisel it out with a hammer and chisel, very artistic, a lot of it is now done by computer.
On responding to grieving relatives:
- Sometimes it is better to be quiet and let people compose themselves, other people want me to talk to them a lot, other people want me to be jolly, other people want me to really sympathise, everyone is different.
